I am simply passionate about food. I love eating. I love cooking and believe it or not, I also love cleaning up the kitchen because it means I can start cooking all over again! After spending 10 years working in creative copywriting and graphic design, I decided to change my career to pursue my passion. I studied Baking and Pastry at Le Cordon Bleu and now I am able to channel my artistic talents into delicious and beautiful creations that satisfy my husband, our two sons, our circle of friends, and now, you. My cuisine is based on my Mediterranean background. I always uses fresh ingredients for simple, genuine and sunny recipes.
