I totally understand the need and how a plan can make things easier for those of you willing to spend some time in the kitchen but feel overwhelmed when it comes to meal planning and weekly menus. Sole Meunière & Potato Purée
Day 4 Don't be intimidated, these SOLE MEUNIERE are easier to prepare than you might think. It consists of golden fish fillets with a buttery lemon sauce finished with a sprinkle of chopped parsley and a lemon wedge on the side for more sunny notes. It goes super well with a buttery POTATO PUREE. Everyone needs some love on a plate, including you ;)
Dessert of the Week BAKLAVA! Baklava! Baklava... I can hear you cheering!! It is crunchy, nutty, flavorful and the best part? It’s not overly sweet. You can have more than a bite!

Day 5 Finish the week with a healthy dose of colors: FATTOUSH. You can serve this fabulous Lebanese salad with some Feta cheese on the side or grilled meats for a complete meal.
