I totally understand the need and how a plan can make things easier for those of you willing to spend some time in the kitchen but feel overwhelmed when it comes to meal planning and weekly menus. Day 2 This recipe of SIMPLE BUTTERFLIED CHICKEN is very easy to make as the oven takes care of the magic! Serve it with a side of GREEK SALAD for some enchanted Mediterranean flavors. Don't forget to use good quality tomatoes, they are in season!
Gazpacho with Grilled Shrimps
Day 3 Summer heat calls for refreshing GAZPACHO. Add grilled shrimps and it is a complete meal... it has an added value: it's gorgeous! You can make a big bowl of gazpacho or serve it in cute small cups with plantain chips and all things pretty!
Watermelon Feta Salad
Day 4 During my childhood, hot summer days were soothed by the sweet fresh flavors of a delicious combination my father introduced me to: cold watermelon and Feta cheese. I upgraded this food memory and turned it in beautiful colorful refreshing treat. WATERMELON FETA SALAD makes a great meal, just add a crusty slice of bread and voilà!
Dessert of the Week PEACH MELBA is what July needs! Right in peach season and cold enough for your hot summer parties! You can prepare all the parts in advance and be ready to serve individual bowls of colored frozen happiness. It's almost magic ;)
Day 5 Is your BBQ ready? This LAMB CHOP recipe is great any time of the year but I suggest you take advantage of your summer grilling urges and make some BBQ grilled lamb chops. You can serve them with a side of TAPENADE, AIOLI, French Fries or ROASTED POTATOES. You prefer a salad: Make TABBOULEH! :)
