Day 4 Such a happy sunny healthy combination of flavors! The ORANGE RADISH SALAD main ingredients are simple. The originality is in the dressing: a lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil base with a surprising mix of spices: cumin, paprika and coriander and a hint of orange blossom water. Serve it next to grilled chicken, a sandwich, or enjoy it by itself just because you’re gonna be obsessed with it.
Dessert of the Week The CREPES DOUGH recipe is easy to prepare and you can make the crepes in advance. They keep well in the fridge for a few days… Fill them with your favorite jam, or a good chocolate hazelnut spread. You can also prepare some CREPES SUZETTE for a special night. We all deserve to indulge… ;)
Frisée Salad with Goat Cheese Pillows
Day 5 FRISEE SALAD WITH GOAT CHEESE PILLOWS; "Frizzy-frisée" lettuce with toasted nuts, goat cheese pillows and a sweet vinaigrette to balance all the flavors. The frisée lettuce texture is lighter and more airy than regular romaine lettuce with bitter edges. I include some honey and extra vinegar in the dressing to balance the greens' bitterness.
