The findings of a new study about the Mediterranean diet were made public earlier this week on the New England Journal of Medicine’s web site. The results showed the benefits of following the Mediterranean diet and how it can reduce the risk of heart disease.
That's great news… Because this is how we grew up, how we live today, how we eat and specially how I LOVE to cook! :))
It doesn't mean I can eat more or should stop working out!! hahahaha. But that,… is another story! :)
