Naked

When dinner time is approaching and I realize I spent my day doing invisible things, the panini press is my best friend! :)

I just peel some potatoes, slice them, and put them in the hot panini press… Yes! Without anything, no seasoning, no oil, nothing,… simply,... naked. I let the panini press do its work, making them crispy to perfection with nice grilled marks…
While the magic is happening, I make a quick salad and dinner is ready!

I serve the naked potatoes with homemade aioli…
The aioli is a must, when you’re lebanese! :))
