I will not argue with you about the origins of Tabbouleh and what ratio of bulgur to parsley to tomato makes this salad perfect or Lebanese or famous. It is Lebanese though. No fighting… just agree that it is Lebanese. We’re good (:
Craving Tabbouleh is quite usual but the perspective of intense chopping tends to cancel any potential Tabbouleh chances,… until I decided to create a bold Tabbouleh. All the tabbouleh ingredients minus the chopping. How cool is that?
