Revamping the classics

Hommos is for chickpeas.

Inspired by two of my favorite things to eat and prepare: Lebanese Spinach Fatayer and Tarts.

Glowing and oh so pretty! It has the looks of a cozy grandmother dessert with a rainbow garland of oranges and white and red grapefruits.
