Pinwheel

My love for tarts is endless… making them, baking them, eating them of course… and I have to confess… dreaming about them! :)) (yes! it happens.)
I was doing some research when I found Dorian’s “Tarte multicolore légumes et jambon d'Aoste” the pictures were too beautiful to pass… I had to make that recipe. Immediately!


I was not disappointed. It was easy to make, and turned out to be a really beautiful and delicious dish.
